Well, I get home that nite and go to the posting only to find that you sold the 1 x 2 Case that was to go with the cue and shafts. You offered a cue and case at $115.00 shipped and I thought that was a good deal. I accepted that deal. When the case was completely removed from the posting it seems to me that you violated your own version of rule 101. I don't know what transpired with anyone else who was going to buy the cue but in my dealings with you I felt that I was straight up and you were the one who changd the terms.
I read the description of the condition of cue and shafts in this post and the one in your ebay listing and I notice that in this listing there was no mention of nicks in the cue but rather you described it as "like new". In the ebay listing there is a mention of a couple of small nicks. I know what I expect when someone describes a cue as "like new", I know what I don't expect as well so it turns out that I'm glad I didn't get the cue or I would have been quite disappointed in finding nicks on it.
