I'm happy to announce that the Chicago Billiard Cafe is going to start having thursday night 9ball tournaments once again. They used to have some great tourneys in the past with tons of competition and I'm hoping we can get a nice turnout to get this going again. The first tournament will be thursday Feb 26 at 8m due to the recession we're in the entry fee will be $10 and from 7:00pm to 8:00pm you can practice with no green fees from what I understand. There won't be any handicaps and it will be double elimination race to 4 on winners side and 4 on losers side.
If the turnout is big they might have to shorten the race on the losers side but that will be determined before the tourney goes off. Please come out and support the game of pool. I promise you will have a great time and get a lot of playing time in at a very low cost. All money paid in will be paid out.
