Here's the answer

8ball (used as the "o" in "pool". Dbl elimination. Race to 3 in winners, race to 2 in losers. APA rules, so slop counts (this is for benefit of all lower ranked players).

There are 6 9' tables and 3 8' tables. I am assuming all will be in use.
