We sure are having a tournament that weekend...I posted the information in THIS thread in the Tournament Announcment section...should have thought to put it in here as well. Here are the details as listed in that thread:

Pocket Billiards 9-Ball Open 
$1,000 guaranteed 1st place 
$1,000 added 
September 4th and 5th 
1st ~ $1,000 2nd ~ $700 
3rd ~ $500 4th ~ $300 
5th ~ $100 6th ~ $100 
7th ~ $80 8th ~ $60 
9th thru 12th ~ $40 
Payout based on 64 player field 
*Field limited to the first 128 players* 
“Pre registration available-call ROB for info” 
Tournament will be played on: 
• 9’ Gold Crown IV’s with 860 Simonis cloth 
• There is a $40 entry fee (green fee included) 
• Blue circle cue ball 
• Race to 7 
• Double Elimination 
• Pool room doors open at 10:30am 
(free table time for players “10:30-12:00”) 
• Draw begins at 11:30am 
• Play begins at 12:30pm 
• NEW Pockets lounge full service bar 
*All cue work will be done by Darrin Hill* 
*We will be raffling Darrin Hill custom cues*

I realized the dates as soon as I posted and forgot to go back and change it.

Dominic, is this going to be a monthly tournament or are you just testing the waters a little to see if it will work?

That I'm not sure of. When I get there tonight (Tuesday) I'll talk to Rob. I wanna say that it's not going to be, but I'll let you know later today.
