China Open racking issues

Did anybody else notice that in the semi and final matches with Jeffrey Ignacio almost every rack after the ref racked the balls Jeff would push on the 1 ball. I dont understand how this can be legal whats the point of a neutral racker if they can still touch the balls after the balls are racked.

Yep, I did notice that they allowed it, and I was also perplexed.

i noticed that too. the 1 ball may not be frozen with the next two balls. but the correct approach is to tell the official/referee and ask for a re-rack. he probably realized that no one was complaining (not even his opponent) so he just continued doing it.
