I'm about to order another cue, and I'm having some trouble deciding on my veneers. The cue will be cocobolo points into ebony. I know that I want flame veneers, I just can't decide if I should do yellow, orange, red or white, yellow, orange, red...

Any thoughts or pics that might help?

How about starting at the cocobolo points working out to ebony the following order black, red, orange, yellow?

When refering to veneer colors they are usually said ouside to in. For a flame look you might consider black, orange, yellow, and white (maple). If you can go to the cuemaker, have him stack some color combinations together for you to look at. You can even wet the edges to see how the colors are going to jump out.
