Can anyone confirm that this is "Just Low" on the CB ? My brain can't get around that LOL !

Can anyone confirm that this is "Just Low" on the CB ? My brain can't get around that LOL !

i think is just low. typically, the cue ball hits a rail before the draw takes and that's why you see the cue ball reaction.
