Found this on Austin CL. Says early 60's Balabushka (which I doubt) and thought you guys would have some insight.

Rare early 1960s era Balabushka pool cue for sale. Asking $2500.00 OBO.
Real Ivory and Marble rings and Cortland Irish linen wrap.
Cue is in excellent condition. Straight and true.
Comes with Breaking cue and 2 cue case.
This cue should go for over $8000.00 at auction.
Only selling because of need to fund a relatives hospital stay.

I'm thinking it's an old Rich...not sure which branch of the family.
Had a similar one when I was a kid.

He doesn't want any spammers, but he wisely didn't mention scammers.
