I have been struggling on my home table since I started back playing after a 4 yr layoff. the balls just didn't seem to want to go anywhere. Draw just didn't seem to work nor follow I thought my stroke was screwed up somehow. It was driving me nuts!!! I played in a small tourney in touwn the other night and cam in 7th out of 22 mainly because the cue ball tended to do what I wanted I still didn't play up to my old speed I probably would have been in top four at least there were some good players. Anyway I digress after some research today I cleaned my pool balls with Bassboatsaver yes that is right. It is an emulsified carnuba wax cleaner for bass boats that I had on hand WOW! what a difference they now play like they did when they were brand new!! table length draws are easy now the only difference I see on the object balls is they throw a WHOLE lot less much more true angle off the cue ball. The stuff I use worked great id doesn't have a build up and cleans as well as slightly waxes. If you have a bassboat it is great for that haha. One reason I tried it is I can use it on the plexiglass windshield on the boat with no scratching and it cleanes it effortlessly so I figured it would work well and so far so good.
