Has anyone else dealt with thier cases/cues smelling like an old ash tray? I opened my case today in the house and now the entire living room smells horrible. So, How do you clean the inside of your case and your cues to clean up the smells?

where the hell you been putting your cue :) I'm guessing you play in rooms with smoking ?

Unfortunatly

They haven't outlawed smoking in our pool rooms yet. So yes, all of our pool rooms/halls are extremely smokey.

I don't remember my case smelling of cigarette smoke, but the wrap on my cue certainly did. It reaked!
Now, however, since my local poolroom went smoke-free last May, the wrap smells like lillys of the valley. Wonderul.

Take the cues out and open up the case positioning it in front of a fan and blow it out for a few hours with fresh air. Clean your cues with a mild citrus cleaner using a small amount on a damp cloth. Wipe your wraps with dryer sheets.
Then place the still open case and your cues into a large trash bag along with some activated charcoal. (it's cheap at Walmart) Seal the bag up and leave the whole works in there for a few days.
Put half a dryer sheet in each hole of your cue case and leave them in there then put your cues back in it... you will soon smell fresh as a school girl.
