Clif Joiner One Pocket DVD

I purchased a Clif Joiner One Pocket 3 DVD set, $75, at the DCC this year from BeBob Publishing, Bob Henning. They only had the first 2 DVD's available but said they would have the 3rd one later that week. Since I had to leave early they said it would be mailed to me. There were several other names on the mailing list. It has not been sent to me nor have they returned my E-mail or phone call.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I have no idea. I only know that months ago, on a few occasions I bought items from BeBob Publishing and was well taken care of. And they always answered the phone when I answered. Not now?

Bob left a message for me today and was sorry for not getting back sooner--he was on vacation. The 1st 2 DVD's are going to editied and he will send me a new copy of the first 2 when he sends the 3rd. I have heard many good comments about Bob and feel confident that he will do what he says.
