I really can't take a picture without drawing attention at the club . I really don't want to make anyone mad especially the person who clothed the table. But the tear is on the top of the rail where the strips go in and the rail meets the wood top. Help please ?
Thanks, Jody

The cloth needs to be unstapled/unglued from that rail.
Check if the cloth was pulled out of the featherstrip channel.
If this is the case it's not a "tear" and the rail could be redone.

If the "tear" is an actual cut in the cloth it will need to be replaced.

Since it's an issue and you don't want to make anyone "mad" I'd suggest
you make a casual comment to whoever runs the place that you noticed
a tear on the table - then let them worry about it. I'd guess you're not the
only one that has noticed the problem.
