My home table is filthy. Everytime I play, I get chalk all over my hands. Can someone reccommend a good cleaner. I see in Mueller's they have a product called Quick-Clean, is that any good? They also sell a Micro fiber wiper which goes with it, but it costs $25. I'm not going to spend that much if I can use a towel which will work just as good?

I use quick clean, it is good. However, I buy it directly from quik clean (David Hodges), I'm sure it's cheaper that way. I don't think the micro wipe adds anything at all, I use an old t-shirt to wipe it down after spraying on the foam and I think it does a BETTER job the the micro-fleece.
I think though you can take care of your problem without that right now. First vacumn the table. Then brush it to loosen up the remaining chalk. Then wipe it down with a damp (NOT WET) cloth.
The quick clean is quicker and easier, but you clean without it if you want to go to the trouble.

I used to use Quik Clean. Then I discovered Blue Coral Dri Clean. The Blue Coral Dri Clean is less than $4 for a large can, and a pack of micro-fiber towels is around the same price.

If you want to really get that table clean brush it first in one direction from head to foot then spray a light mist of the Blue Coral so that it floats down onto the cloth. Wipe the cloth and cushions with the micro fiber, again going in one direction and then vacuum the cloth. I recommend you do this once a week.

While you're at it clean the balls and polish them. Warm water and a little dishwashing liquid along with a terrycloth wash towel will get them nice and clean. After you've rinsed and dried the balls apply a light coat of good high quality auto wax let dry to a haze and buff them with a clean terrycloth towel.

To keep the table clean in between deep cleanings, brush it down after every session and use a table cover.

If you follow my advice you'll be happy with the results, the cloth will last much longer, and you'll save money as well.
