cloth cleaning

i have championship tour edition cloth on my house table and was wondering what to use to keep the cloth clean and how often to do so. i have seen the chalk off and other knock off brands of that but before i order i wanted to see if there was something i could get local like some some kind of upholstry clearner or something

Simonis X1, Is a nice tool to keep the table free of chalk and keeps the chalk from settling in to the cloth and breaking it down..

I like to used compressed air with a in line moisture trap to blow off cloth before using the X1
