Cloth Color Question

Another cloth question

Since this thread is here I figure I'll just add my dilemna to the end of it.

I have this: 056-20C-4121C-2D0-3EJ; Olhausen table on order:
A Reno with Eclipse Rails, Cavalier Rails with diamond sights, maple veneer with matte sienna finish.

I still have to decide on cloth color since Simonis is pretty limited. The carpet in the room is extremely light, think of tan that is almost white. There is natural stained pine paneling on the lower half of most of the walls and paint that will be picked out after the table is in, and the only bright light in the basement will be the table light (to be chosen at a later time).

My wife really likes the "Wine" color cloth, but I am concerned about playability issues with a really dark felt. Not to mention I am worried the entire table will be too dark and heavy in the middle of the room.

My thought was "Grey" because I like the contrast between the dark wood and light cloth. My lovely wife thinks the "Powder Blue" is a little too much a baby blue color, but the grey is too grey. She also thinks the "Gold" isn't tan enough and is too yellow.

Do my concerns about playability have any merit? Is there another cloth that plays like Simonis 860 and has more color options? Should I just say screw it and let her pick the color since it has taken me 5 years to even get this far?

Thanks. I am looking forward to you opinions.
Pete
