Your Welcome Mike

Prices seem to be going up!?

We only have 4 Dynamo 8' bar box tables....we used to get these covered using regular Championship cloth for about $150 to $200 every year -- we always recovered all 4 tables every year.

This year we had to find a mechanic who had to travel up to B'ham and we had him put on the Championship 30/30 Touring Edition cloth and, do some rail work so it cost us $300 per table.

We weren't excited about spending the extra $$$ but the tables are probably some of the "Best Bar Box" playing tables up here in the local Nothwoods, at the moment anyways

An extra $100 per table comes out to about 28 cents a day.
If you have "some of the best bar box tables" in your area then it seems
it's 28 cents per table well spent. I'd guess your customers appreciate
the better quality cloth too.

Just a note:

The reason I am taking the poll is that we locked in very low prices with BRRMA and pass the exact discount on to our members. From what we have been able to gather, our prices for name brand cloth are 20-30% lower than what most room owners pay if they buy it from a wholesaler, a table mechanic or even direct.

Hi Mike,
I think it is a great thing you are doing for the sport. I believe in supporting organization that promote our sport. As a table mechanic where do I fit in as far as membership? Would I be under the billiard retailer category of the membership?

Direct?
Care to give a price example for 9' cloth? (no pm)
This should be the actual price - not the effective price factoring in the membership fee.
You pick the brand/style.

I wish I could but at this time our contracts do not allow us to publically state the prices. I can tell you in a PM or on the phone. Give me a call when you get a chance. My cell phone is 1-800-200-7665 or PM or email me and I will give you the prices.

It should also be noted that our prices will only be available to our members. No individual on non-BRRMA member will be able to buy from the BRRMA association at our discounts.

Correct, Billiard Retailer category.

Additionally, we are planning on adding a special section to our web site that will list table mechanics. This is currently under review.
