In my missed deadline thread, i posted the reasons for the info.

If you would all be so kind to refreshh my memory of the EXACT time line and accompanying statments that the ipt charade has publically broadcast with regards to initiall guarantees, londons cancellation and the step by step fiasco of renos non payment.

I need a clear and concise accounting of the facts, as we know them, by friday.

Ive had it and i'm going to take action.

After the facts have been agreed upon, is there anyone willing to draft a hardcopy and forward it to my attorney? If so, please pm me. I just dont have the time.

The Dude has me on ignore which is fine. I just want to applaud the notion that he might actually do something effective to resolve this matter but I can't resist.

Seriously though, given the nature of the bankruptcy laws, I doubt whether anything can be done. Having said that...and whithout any suggestion of any wrongdoing on the part of KT or the IPT, it is true that A) fraud is not dischargable in bankruptcy and B) that the so-called "corporate veil" that is supposed to protect corporate officers from personal legal attack can be pierced if fraud can be shown to have been committed by any such officer.
