SOLD

I have a Bludworth CNC tablesaw machine I bought brand new at the 2006 expo. I paid $3600 or $3800, I can't remember which. I also bought a brand new Jet cast iron contracters table saw for $550. I gave away the fence and the table wings for the saw, so its not really equipped for general woodworking use.

You can have both for $3300, or just the CNC for $3000.

There is less than 5 hours total use on both machines. I set it up when I bought it 3 years ago and then never used it. I'll be moving my home this summer and I don't want to take it with me. It comes with everything Blud sold with it, including a laptop with Mach 2 software installed, the controller box, stepper motors, and his special grind saw blade. It is completely running right now, and you get a completely running system.

Shipping is available of the CNC only (not the table saw) at my expense.

You can also come see it run in person in my shop which is 30 minutes from Valley Forge Expo (ONLY if you are a serious buyer, with cash in hand) and take it with you right then. Or I can pack it up and take it with me to the expo and deliver it right to your vehicle. I have a bad back, so I won't be able to help too much with loading it from one vehicle to another.

I won't offer technical support for this after the sale. So you better know how to tinker with machines and CNC, or be close with Blud if you want this machine. The machine works as designed. I personally think it has a flaw in that the rail system spans too far a distance without any support. This allows slight flexing of the rails when the carriage is at the end of its travel. But that can be fixed with $10 in angle iron bracing, a machinists level, and an hour of work (see pic for where to add bracing).

Please PM or post here for any questions.

Thanks,

Nick

Jet contractors saw bought new when I bought the CNC. I welded on plates at the bottom of the legs so that I can attach adjustable feet for precision leveling of the machine.

Not shown, but I also bought a machined pulley set for the motor and spindle pulley, and a link belt. These help reduce the vibration of the saw (although the vibration amount of this Jet saw was already really good). You get both the new pulleys and belt, and the original ones if you take the saw.
