HEY GUYS>..Good news...One of the problems I had with LEE"s Storm cnc machine was one of the servos didn't work properly. I took a picture of the inside of the controller box and sent it to their tech support and the company that makes the controller box took responsibility (Xylotex inc.) for shabby workmanship in soldering or something and is fixing it for free. This is after more than two years and without any real warranty. I had no warranty from Brianna prod. either. They blamed it on my lack of cuemaker knowledge. So hopefully , alls well that ends well!

Bill, That is great news. I know you have had fits with that. Jim definitely knows his stuff and it is really good to see a company to step up and stand behind their products like Xylotex.

Lee would NEVER send out something without testing it......or WOULD he?????

It is a testament to the fine people on here that they would take the time to help you, ESPECIALLY when you consider the guy who built the damn thing told you to basically piss off....
