0.060" x 5" x 1/2" Empire Cobalt parting blades. Uncoated and TiN coated. These fit the A2z Cut off Blade holders and My holders. Grind on the top of the blade is slightly concave for a chip break.

Improved design compared to the original design by A2z. The blade a2z sells or a similar 1/2 x 1/16 blade must be used in this holder although a slightly thicker blade might fit as well. Shown with the blade A2z sells.

Tool holders are almost identical to the a2z counterparts that they sell with their tool post. I have improved the tolerances slightly to provide a more snug fit on the dovetail. Tighter fit means better repeatability and less chance of the tool moving while clamped in the post.

I have over 20 of these on hand.

I am in the process of working out some kind of new tool post and various holders to compete with the A2Z Tool post. I cannot say any prices but I can say all steel construction on the tool post itself.

I recieved my cuttoff blade holder and a new blade and they work great, it holds the blade ten times better than the original A2Z holder.--Leonard
