Can anyone confirm this Cog (butt and collar) is ivory or not?

To the best of my knowledge it is elforyn. He swears its "genuine ivory"

I bought this cue regardless, I always wanted a Cog because I've heard many good things about them. I just wanna know 100%

Your opinion....

It is pretty difficult to say one way or the other using the photos.
Any photos, sometimes even macro, doesn’t cut the mustard.

Look for some type of graininess or small blemish traits on the
joint & ferrules. Usually you’d find it somewhere on those parts.

Get a blacklight flashlight. You should be able to find on for less than $10. Ivory will show up white. Synthetic materials will show up purple. This is not foolproof as some synthetic materials will be only faintly purple.

Why guess?

You can always email Joe the pictures and ask.

The old ones which you have because of the off color white pin had ivory joints and butt caps to my knowledge. Richard
Interesting... Because I've seen this style with a black pin so you're probably correct. J&J cues has one, this same cue, black pin with elforyn NOT ivory..
