I don't believe that Cohen uses ivory but I can reach out and see.
i think he stopped in 2016 because of the laws in california
July 1, 2016……I know that date well. Bob Owen and Jerry Rauenzahn had to accelerate my cue builds underway.
Both cue makers original forecast was completion in the late Fall of 2016 which conflicted with enactment of the ban.
Much to my astonishment, both cues arrived on Memorial Day weekend 2016. Bob’s got there Fri. & Jerry R’s on Sat.
Any cue ordered, purchased or delivered, even if bought before & obviously after ban enactment, violated the law.
Ed Prewitt, Cohen, Ginacue, Tonkin & every other CA cue maker had to stop using ivory even for rare cue restorations.
