You are entitled to your opinion, it's just bad etiquette to knock someones thread like this. Style is subjective, so it seems like such a little thing to blow out of proportion. The buyer is happy,and that's what matters. As someone pointed out earlier, you could have left it at, "Nice looking cue, although I prefer mitered veneer points.".
Here, I'll give it a try: What a nice looking cue Eddie. Great work! I'm not a huge fan of mother of pearl, but wow, your design is really well executed.
