I have a Joss Block letter cue for sale. You won't find a better playing cue. Blue Book Of Pool Cues identify the butt cap as a 1968 - 1972 Era cue. They value this cue at $2050 or even more at 90% condition. I think this cue meets those requirements so that is my asking price OBO for this highly collectible cue. Butt is a white elforyn super tusk material joint with 3/8"-10 joint pin. This material looks exactly like Ivory. Josh Treadway put a new joint on the cue. Birdseye Maple Prong with four points of Ebony center point with Maple maybe Holly hard to tell double veneer and Ebony Veneer razor sharp points. Cortland Linen wrap looks original. Ebony Butt Sleeve with six Birdseye Maple rectangular windows. Birdseye Maple matching ring work and Birdseye Maple dash rings. Delrin Butt Cap with Joss inscribed in block letters. Butt weighs 15.94 oz and is 28.5" long. Two shafts with ivory ferrules. Shaft 1 13.2mm 3.43 oz. 28.5" long. Shaft 2 13.6mm 3.71 oz 28.5" long. Rubber bumper looks original to cue. Cue is straight apart and together. Good sound cue and a wonderful collectible. The hit is outstanding. Has that nice "ping" sound when stroking the cue ball. From what I see I think the cue is original condition with the exception of the new joint. I think finish is original.
