Color of Money II was staged in the Philippines not Hong Kong. Promoter Bob Moore ( promoted the original one) passed away.
The one held in the Philippines was nothing like the first one. Much shorter race and less money plus alternate break if I remember it right.

I stand corrected. The Color of Money 2 was staged at the Casino Filipino with the match a race to 33 with prize of 15k for the winner and 5k as the consolation.
