I haven't seen anyone from Columbia post the monthly tourney on here yet so I will do the honors. Mo River Pub and Pool is having a monthly tournament every second Saturday of the month. The entry fee is 25$ and hopefully there is a calcuta in the future, this last Saturday was only the third one we've had. The pool hall has been adding money as well. There have been great turn outs for these last three bringing in people from Iowa, Illinois, and South MO. I will get the directors info and post it on here later. The location is Mo River Pub and Pool at the MIllersburg exit 137 off I-70 "about 10 min East of Columbia" Hope to see some of you there and at The Rally!

Mo River Pub and Pool
Sign up ends at 12:00 Noon, tourney starts at 1:00
8-Ball on bar boxes "simonis cloth and good rails"
TAP Rules
Alternate break
Race to 5 on winners/4 on losers
25$

What time does this tournament usually end?

What is the normal payout based on full field?

How many players normally attend?

Are these Valley tables? or?

The last one ended around 10:00 or 11:00 and there were around 40 players; I believe the exact number was 38. 1st paid 340 through 6th which paid 60. This tournament and establishment are both fairly new, the establishment opened in October and the tournament in January. I would expect it to keep growing as it has. These are Valley tables for now, the owner is looking to purchase diamonds from the Ralley, but they were set up very good and are consistant, fast and LEVEL.
