Does anyone know where I can find or have a link to the complete rules of 15 ball rotation the way it's played in the Philippines. Thanks.
 
Watching SVB play this with Efren that one out of the three days in the TAR match might have been the most ridiculous pool I've ever watched Pros play. Was even there in person for it and wish I wasn't, it was that bad. What a gaffe set of rules.
