Concert type ear plugs

Hoping for some recommendations of concert type ear plugs to wear while playing pool. The music last week at league was so loud my ears were still ringing the next day. I do not want full ear protection like ear muffs just ear plugs for now. I have to find something and do not want to ask the management to lower the music, clearly some people like it. Plus it might just make me THAT guy...

I have done some research but am looking for reviews from pool players!
 
 
I've admittedly not used these while playing pool, but recommend them, as they don't block/muffle sound, but instead reduce loudness:

Not sure what concert type means but here are some that I use while running the weedeater and mower. Noise canceling plus. Not expensive either.

For a lifetime of situational protection against infliction of uber-decibel permanent, irreversible eardrum damage to both ears, those bucks are well spent.

Yeah, it was too late for me. Between my youth hugging a shotgun without ear protection, 6 years of F-4/F-14 afterburners and Jerry Garcia's stack of amplifiers, I have profound hearing loss in the 400htz frequency band and constant tinnitus. Eh?
Had to work the last 10 years of my career under a letter of demonstrated ability.

Military did no see need for ear protection, NCOs yelling was louder then small arm noise.

I am almost deaf thanks to wisdom of military.

Beside GIs we’re expendable.

I have used these for 15+years while teaching and playing music and they work great!
