I just watched the interview, and the thing that struck me most about it is what Landon said at the end...
Now that shows a lot of maturity right there! Sounds like he won't be making the same mistake as Michelle Wie of competing against professionals too soon (and losing) in their young career. One should first learn how to win before he/she can become a consistent champion.
More than just poise, he speaks more intelligently than a good number of them. That is one articulate and mature 11 year old, his parents should be very proud of the way this young man presents himself. Others should take note.
Hearing about nice yourng guys coming into our sport and making it theirs too, are encouraging to an ole Poolplayer. Hopefully, they will help make it better in the future.
