I'd just like to say CONGRATULATIONS to Az's Biglumberjack (Ian Barratt ) for his 3rd place finish in Las Vegas in the BCA open out of 1328 players! TAP...TAP.. Ian!!

His only loses were to the 1st and 2nd place finishers...both hill-hill. Looked like he definitely had the winner's side won, but nothing is easy at that point.

He played well and got a couple cold rolls against Byers. But he missed a ball that was a makable shot that cost him the set in my opinion. Would of changed the score to 4 2 instead of 3 3. Race to five alternate break is real tough. That kid Chris Byers is going to be another great player. He showed alot of heart in that tournament and if anyone finishes in the top 12 in that tournament they deserve it out of 1328 players come on. Race to 5 alternate break on a bar table is brutal and you can never give up no matter what the score is because you are always in it. Good shooting Ian!

Chris Beyers beat him? Kudos to the local kid! Here's a pic of Chris playing in a tourney in Salem, OR...
So, Chris finished 2nd?

Yes he beat Ian and won the first set for the tournament then lost hill hill. Got a sick roll to or he would of won the tourney. Kid is going to be a hell of a player hope the guy who put him in jellied him up well. He deserved it he played hard!

All that skill, and still can't legally drink. He's what? 17 now? Maybe 18? 1st time I saw him play, he didn't have a driver's license yet...his older sis drove him to the tourney. Bet he didn't use a bridge much...especuially on a bar box. I asked his sis how tall she thought he'd grow to...she replied; "Well, dad is 6'8"."
