Regardless of the controversy over a shot or two, I'm surprised I have not seen much kudos for these two players taking 1st and 2nd in the 10 ball ring game. It was probably the highlight of their lives so far, and yet noone seems to care all that much.
 
I thought it was fantastic. It was great to see those two guys take down all those champions. Not saying that they are not, but just not as well known. Mike Banks is only 19! I'd be on top of the world if I did that well in a tournament like that at that age or any age for that matter.

You're right though about their win being unfortunately overshadowed by that one incident.
