What's the best contact adhesive everyone is useing. Especially for gluing down new rubber on the rails. I've actually had some glue split the wood taking the old rubber off but never have had any glue to hold that tight when putting the new rubber on. The closest I've come is some X30 that I found at a local hardware store.

We use RKC250. It works great for cloth and rails.

3M™ Neoprene Contact Adhesive 10 is another product, drawback is $$$ expensive.

Parabond M250 is very affordable and available in 5 gallon buckets. Its clear you wont need that much, but, for others that may read and be in the business.

You can buy Dap weldwood at home depot or lowes, just make sure you use a couple coats on the subrail & cushion.
