This will take you to one of those "Ask a question" pages. It's all in Japanese but pretty much self explanatory. Just enter your e-mail address, and click on the button at the bottom of the page.
As far as I know, although they have a few staff members that can speak English, I've never personally been able to get in touch with or communicate with anybody in English. You may or may not get a reply. If you need additional help, I speak Japanese and would be willing to make a call on your behalf. The call wouldn't cost me much........................one of those new Predator 2 shafts would do.
