Contacting Schon

I have an email out to Schon for info regarding my cue. I sent it from the website to their "info@" address.

That was 3 weeks ago.

Does anyone know of a customer service email address for Schon? One that is currently active, that I may get a response from?

I would send it again to make sure he got it the first time. I've had excellent response from Evan the few times I have contacted him.
