Johnny and Corey matched up shooting 8 ball last night at Cue2 in Atlanta.No they weren't gambling,they where just there to put on a show and attract some attention.Anyways there must have been atleast 100 people in the building mostly league players and of course the regular fixture's that are always there each and every night of the week.The thing that I noticed is knowone was watching.You have two champions shooting in one of the best pool rooms in Atlanta and out of 100 or more people in the building maybe 10 people sitting and watching these two champions.What's up with that...

Reason # 1 - It's an every day occurrence to see a champ play at Cues2.

Both possibilities are sad but true for a lot of people that go to pool rooms to play league.

I would second Shane's opinion. Most league players around here aren't really crazy into pool. For them, it's something fun to do one or two nights a week, and that's all. I would say probably 90-95% don't watch or care for pro pool.
Having said that, there are some pool crazy people like me. I'd have been all over that match.
