I've personally had success with 7ft and 9ft no issues. Killer Filler uses a similar break on 9 footers if you watch carefully.

I get that. I was just asking because it seemed like the first shot after the break is typically quite difficult breaking the speed Corey was. Maybe a little more speed would help or perhaps not!
