I have a cue collection and some of the cues have the green and white wraps on them. These cues are from the 60's through the early 80's and the wrap is on better quality cues. Is there any way to know if the wrap is Cortland brand? Also, does Cortland wrap (if it is the real Cortland green and white) add value to a collectable cue and if so, how much % wise ?

If you do a forum search there have been many threads, no pun intended, on Cortland. Some very informative. As far as value, well, a Balabushka wrapped in Cortland, would be more correct than one wrapped in blue mountain. So I am sure it would add a few hundred if not more.
