I got a SP from Keith Josey earlier this year and the service was amazing and he was very helpful. I was very particular about what I wanted in my cue, 60" long, 20+ oz., 12.5mm shafts and for a small extra fee, he did it all.
Since I wanted a heavy cue, he even suggested a wood combination of bocote into an ebony nose so that we wouldn't need weight bolts to balance the cue. The bocote wood was nicely figured and the cue turned out beautifully. It also plays very stiff and solid.
I live in Japan, and there were no problems with shipping whatsoever. I had the cue in my hands within 10 months of ordering it from Keith.
