Could someone hook me up with a weight bolt?

The best thing is to get the correct size bolt, but I have on ocasion cut one down to the lenth I needed when in a jam. Just have to be sure and clean the end of the threads up well, so It does'nt tear out the wooden female threads in the cue.

That looks like a typical 3/8X16 machine screw that has had its head narrowed a little in a lathe so as to fit into the butt cap. If I were you I'd just take a hacksaw and chop it off. If you have access to a lathe you could trim the head to size of the right size machine screw in a couple minutes. I doubt that you will find one exactly like that one except maybe from the cues manufacturer. If you do it would probably cost 10.00 or so, because of shipping, for a 35 cent bolt.

That's what I use, I have a small hacksaw with fine threads so It does'nt tear the lead/end of the thread too badly, and then I just touch It up with a small needle file to debur, and to make sure it does'nt snag the female threads, or do any damage. I some times use the big hacksaw too, depends on which one is closest to me, or not buried under any junk at the time;) :p

I have used all-thread rod to get weight 'dead-on',,,,just cut a slot in the end and use tape or similar stuff on threads to hold the bolt in place (latex caulk works; just let it cure...

if the screw hole is deep enough, you can alter the balance point slightly, too !

Lowe's or home depot

Take the bolt to lowe's or home depot and go to the fasteners section. They will have a small board with a bunch of bolts and nuts glued to it with different threads. You can get whatever size and length bolt you need there. If it won't fit any of the standard threads, then you will have to order something from a cuemaker as it will be hard to get anywhere else.
