Cracked butt cap

While shooting pool last night a lady showed me this cue with a cracked butt cap. She would like to get it fixed, but would want the Joss name back on it also. She thinks its ivory but of course it isn't.. I guess the question is how would you get the Joss name back on it? It might even be illegal to do so. Or does Joss fix them, and what would be the approximate cost? Suggestions??
