Whats are some of the shots you have seen or done!

Your opponet has 1 ball hanging(only ball on the table left in game) which is his money ball and you are up table... some try to follow in a scratch and some send the balls off the table! after this is done of course 2 balls are spotted and frozen but then you opponet has the option of the strong draw back shot forcing the headball in and the other ball double banking back down to his pocket also!

How many times have you seen someone stroke up on the cueball and tap it a hair forward on accident... :o Well if you do this on purpose but then strike the ball down into your opponets "money" ball that was hanging and its a foul and your opponets ball comes back up with one of yours but the cueball stays where it lays.... lolz

Deliberate fouling is part of one pocket strategy at times. If Efren does it in tournaments, it can't be all bad.

and yes it counts....I have done that exact shot because sometimes you cannot force follow a scratch from some angles.
 
I think you guys need to read the rules. The only fouls that bring a ball pocketed in the opponents pocket back onto the table are a pocket scratch or cue ball off the table. On any other type of foul the ball stays down and counts for the opponent. See clear explanation in rule below.

6.2 Any scratch or foul results in the end of the shooter’s inning, as well as a standard one ball penalty. All balls pocketed in the shooter’s pocket as a result of a stroke that includes a foul do not count for the shooting player and are to be immediately spotted, along with the standard one ball penalty. Also, any balls pocketed in the opponent’s pocket on a stroke that ends in either a pocket scratch or with the cue ball off the table are not to be counted for the opponent, and are to be immediately spotted. However, on a stroke when any other foul is committed (such as a push shot, double-hit or illegal ball contact), any balls scored into the opponent’s pocket are to stay down and be counted for the opponent.
