Eydie...Sadly Eydie, it is too late for the vast majority of Qualfier players. The dispute MUST have been filed within 60 days of the first time the chages appeared on the credit card statement.
Even then, there is a VERY cumbersome process involved and the final decision rests ultimately with the credit card company's dispute resolution dept. which is highly unlikely to get involved when complex legal issues are involved.
Finally, the process is even more illusive when "billing errors" are not in dispute but rather a judgment about the "quality" of the goods or services to be complained about.
But in any event, for most, the deadline has already passed.
