Question for CTEers, when doing right visual sweep with right handed. Somebody mentions just need to bend over naturally. Could somebody explains?

Manual CTE: After you find fixed CCB line, cue target position is parallel to the right side of that line, then pivot cue to CCB. Your body just follows your eyes to that position. For Pro One Sweep, you are dropping into the post pivot position.

For a right sweep right handed, the body basically goes straight in, eyes move slightly right. For left sweep, the body must turn slightly to make room for the cue to come in left side of CCB line. Focus on cue target position (left or right of CCB line), let the body follow.

I just bought Stan's course and it's on the way...so I would like to review this in several weeks....however, finding the correct CTE line is the key......there are several options and ways to view the shots considering 15-30 or 45 degree views...I do not believe it's a matter of using edge of object ball to center cue ball.... not for all shots...I do believe if your not on the exact line the shots can be over-cut or undercut slightly..will get back to you guys on this....I just hope it works....

have you guys seen this?...it's not exactly Stan's exact way but I tried it with 85% results...given my stroke is not the best we have to consider that also...lol

I consider CTE Stan's way to be far more accurate, exact in fact. But the way I showed it on this video works very well.

The way I showed it is a far simpler method. It's closer to 90/90 in nature. The major point of the video though is to set up known shots with marked lines and work it until you can get to the shot line correctly. It's not to take the shots. The assumption is that you will either have or will work on your stroke to be able to execute when you are on the shot line.

Sometimes us amateurs have to rebuild our game. We might be decent shooters but still have aiming issues from time to time. We might have stroke issues and combined these produce far more misses than we should experience at our level. That's why the aiming is so important. Once you have a way to find the shot line that you can truly trust to be 100% correct each time then it's only execution that you need to focus on.
