CTE/Pro One : INTERNATIONAL

While there is certainly a ton more that I need to learn about position play I'm really not exactly a "bar hack". I'm a BCA and ACS Instructor. It's just that I am open minded enough to want to stay on the leading edge of new teaching methods and Stan's CTE/Pro One certainly fits into that category. It has improved my game. I am now suggesting to all my students that they purchase Stan's DVD and that I will try to help them if they have any problems with this new aiming system.

So yes I am a fan of Stan Shuffett because his CTE/Pro One aiming system has helped my game so I think it can help others. Nothing more and nothing less. Sorry you have some bug up your butt about the system. Maybe if you purchased the DVD you might learm somthing new about aiming. On the other hand with your attitude I doubt that it would work for you. Henry Ford said, "Say you can or say you can't. Either way you will be right." You appear to me to be a "can't" person what with even whinning about where you live. Did you ever think that if you don't like where you live to just move? Think negative and you get negative. Think positive and you get positve. Try it. It works, not just in pool but in life in general. :)

You are right about a lot of things Murdoch. I haven't bothered to waste my time answering the other person's silly posts. It's obviously a cry to have his day in the sun and I won't begrudge him of that.

I am starting to develop a humorous perspective about CTE/Pro One. I now laugh at the people who ridiculed it, as well as the people who use it and it's designer because they have simply been proven WRONG.

CTE/Pro One is being used by professional players across the pond WITH GREAT SUCCESS.

I'm so happy for Stan Shuffett and for all of the people who have attempted to utilize CTE/Pro One.

It's even provided me with a steady stream of action. NOW everyone wants to gamble with JoeyA. :p:p This was an upside that I never thought of previously. :D

I don't feel one way or another about the system. It is not something that I feel is right for me and I do have questions about it, though that does not stop me from trying to understand it through what has been discussed and shown. What I do have a problem with, as I stated, is the way in which it is presented and pushed(over and over).

I like where I live, it is the people(like the travelling bum kids) that I don't like. ;)

Joey, I'll start reconsidering my position on the beer. If you feel so inclined as to dodge the issue of your blatant marketing campaign and say that I am simply looking for attention, that says enough.

Even in being an asshole towards me, you still find time to do more of your sales pitch. No wonder this issue never dies - that and creating a new thread for CTE every week or two.

Somebody said it to me recently and I have to say I agree.. he took some time off of pool because he started to realize that the better the people were, the more they acted like assholes regardless of all other facts.

Doesn't it bother you in the same way that the naysayers are saying that Stan made the DVD just to make money or that Stan is paying Stevie Moore to say he is using Pro One, or that Landon is not really using it. Stan is the only instructor that I know who is booked for instruction for several months ahead and has been even before the DVD came out. I know this because I tried to book him in 2009 and had to wait 3 months before he had an opening. Then tried to book a repeat in 2010 and had the same problem. I wish you could meet him and his family and you would see that he is one of the nicest guys in the world. He is not a snake oil salesman as he has be accused of being. I know you live a very long way from his home. But if you are ever in KY or can get there I will pay the $600 for the 2 day course (16 hours of lessons) with him which includes the CTE/Pro One Aiming System. You have this in print and you have my word. Why? Just because.

Glad you like where you live.

All the Best,

Frank

Let's all hear your story about going from a bar hack to a pro in a few years with Stan's awesome system.

Ok. Since you asked about it I will be happy to detail my journey from bar hack to pro using CTE in detail with daily progress in a new thread each day.

Should I start now?

Keep throwing softballs and we'll keep knocking them out of the park.

I think that I act according to the poster. If you are constantly writing NEGATIVE posts about why you don't like this or that, especially when it is a subject that I like, (whether it is marketing a product, doing a review, helping a friend or for that matter, writing on any range of subjects), I am like to respond in the same manner.

You see, I never mentioned you in any of my posts. Hell, I didn't even mention any of the naysayers in this thread but when people start goring my ox, I sometimes respond in the same manner.

It might look like I am giving you heartburn for now reason but the reason I seem to be giving you heartburn is that I am responding to your posts.

I get along with lots of people and try to get along with everyone but if you don't like what I do, how I do, what I say or how I say it, you should get over it. Your posting several negative posts in this little thread THAT is designed to shower a little praise on Stan Shuffett and Phil Buford is more down the line of what I call assaholic posting.

You really don't have to worry about me giving you grief. I really don't have that much spare time on my hands and besides everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I've actually taken a sabbatical from talking about CTE but this new news about an INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONAL POOL PLAYER having GREAT SUCCESS with CTE/Pro One deserved a thread of its own.

CTE/Pro One will continue to grow in popularity and I am proud to think that in some small way, I can contribute to the improvement of other peoples pool skills.

The truth is that if someone doesn't like using CTE/Pro One, I don't mind them talking about how they dislike it. I rarely respond to those posts. If the naysayers hadn't have attempted to besmirch my good friend's name, job and career, I probably wouldn't have gotten involved with correcting the painting because I truly don't care what people use to aim or what they don't use. I genuinely don't like to argue, nor do I like to admonish peopel for improper behavior. However, if you stick me with a needle first, you can expect a harpoon in return.

JoeyA
