My post was very specific; you just aren't able to tell what the topic is. I could have predicted that.So nothing specific, just conjecture again? Who could have predicted?

Here's the post you're asking about:pablocruz:
Let me try and speak your language! If the cueball was behind the headstring up against the rail and the object ball was below the footstring again on the rail, both on the center diamond on a 9 ft table. What would be a successful bridge length? I would assume it would have to be infinitely long by your post!
I've highlighted the parts you missed - they say that the bridge length ratio depends on cut angle, not on distance. Apparently we still don't speak the same language.Me:
Pivoting from the 90/90 line, the successful ratio of bridge/CB to CB/OB distances changes with cut angle. For cuts fuller than about half ball the bridge/CB distance actually must be greater than the CB/OB distance - and it rises quickly from there to infinity (for a straight shot).

if you stood in exactly the same position for every shot(parrallel to the shot, ie straight) and aimed 90/90 the your point would be valid. Here's the post you're asking about:

Pat we can all play the game of taking everything out of context!! But that's not what most are here for!! If you have so many unanswered questions from others, why don't you phone Stan himself? I'm sure he will try and answer any and all of your questions!!
Did I ask a question?...If you have so many unanswered questions
