Hello all, is there a program or site that can tell you where the cue ball will end up on certain shots on the table. So when your shooting a shot Anywhere on the pool table it can tell the Speed and type of English to put on the cue ball so that u can position it on a certain place on the pool table. Basically a cue ball positioning cheat sheet. Thanks again...

Yes, there is.

Are you new to billiards? If so I'd highly recommend not using such sites. If you are wanting to memorise where the CB will go for a shot with say 1 tip of right english start with fundementals and practice. Learn about the tangent line and how draw, follow and different speeds affects the CBs path. Then research the angle the CB will take after contacting a rail. Then how different amounts to english affect the CBs path after contacting a rail. Before you know it you will be able to get the CB where ever physically possible.

Sites like you mention don't take into account quality of the rails, cloth temperature etc. So its not guaranteed to get the results you want. Also they don't take into account for the speed of the shot so you don't know how hard to hit a shot.

Regards.

I know how to get from point a to point b but is their an easier way.. a better way i'd like to know every way possible.. makes practice easier. i dont see how u can memorize.. What is the site?

Virtual Pool has a tracking feature in the practice mode that shows where the cue ball will go. It changes the track as you adjust angle, speed and spin.
