Does anyone know of any cue building books available as PDF.
Or better yet, do you have one or more on your computer, which you would like to share??

If you are hesitant to spend 50 bucks for a cue building book...

Don't even think about thinking about building cues.

There's really only one modern book that's any good and that is Chris Hightower's available here: http://cuesmith.com/
Chris is a frequent and knowledgeable contributor here, so buying a book from him is cheap payback. Then if you decide cuemaking is not for you, it's easy to resell his books.
But to come here looking for freebees (and copyright infringement) on your very first post, probably isn't a good way to engender good will.
My 2 cents,

There is something out there by Dennis Deickman. I downloaded it a long time ago off his website which seems to be gone now. Fairly generic though. I looked but don't see the file. Its probably on one of my storage drives but I don't feel like looking through those.

2 things said above are great advice.

If you want to learn, spend the $70 on Chris' book. It will give you a good start and its a decent reference.

Secondly, if spending $70 bugs you, don't even think of getting into this. Its not hard to spend that on one nice piece of wood.

Oh, you can also go through the Cuemaker section here on AZ. Pretty much everything you need to know (and stuff you don't) is in there somewhere. I think it'd be a lot easier to buy Chris' book though.
