Cue Caps - Alton Takata

I am trying to reach Alton Takata to order custom joint protectors for my new Jerry Rauenzahn cue. Alton doesn't accept any PM messages thru AZ and his websites do not have any contact information. I noticed his website indicates he's on Facebook but I don't do the social media crap......I'd like a phone number, address and email if I am going to do business with anyone so if someone has his contact info., would you please send me a PM with that info.
