cue component doing shady stuff beware

Hi, I’m Dwight M., and I’ve had the privilege of taking over Cue Components from Joe Barringer. It’s been about six months, and we’ve been focused on launching a new website and ensuring our products are in stock and ready to ship. The journey has been exciting, and I’m thrilled with the progress so far.

As a lifelong pool enthusiast, it’s been an incredible experience working in this industry every day. One of our top priorities is improving customer service. We’re committed to offering a smoother, hassle-free experience for every customer. You can count on us to be responsive, helpful, and dedicated to solving any issues quickly—no more waiting around or unnecessary complications. We're here to make your experience as seamless as possible.

Looking ahead, we’re excited about growing Cue Components, offering more quality products, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

I've been selling online for decades and every once in a while you get one of them buyers that is a real pain in the ass. Pool tips do go bad or just a defective tip, and you do have sometimes crappy installs. Can all of the above happen at once? More then likely.
