How about your website address if updated/changed?

Are old/past customers in your new system?

I mean this with all sincerity, and I wish you well...Change the name of your "new" company. Give it a fresh start.
😎👍
I went to the website and the only thing that changed is the look.

I too wish you well, but one of the main reasons I haven't purchased from CC {except for some cheap joint protectors on sale before you bought the business) is the arrogance and trash talking competitors in the descriptions. There's no need for that if the products are that good.
If you do take j2pac's suggestion to change the name let us know.

I hope you make the changes needed to improve everyone's experience purchasing from you. I'm sure I'll check in sometime and will probably make an order.

Hi Dwight,

I'm curious, are you a friend or retaliative of Joe's? I hope you are willing to be up front here, But how or why did you become the successor of this particular company?

Thank you,
Jay

Nope not a related or friend of Joe, I acquired the company from Joe.

Thank you so much. I agree with the trash talking part, we just update the site just now getting into changing the descriptions and the photos of the products.

We will consider changing the name of the company in the future. Not sure on that yet.

I would check your metrics on how your website ranks before considering any name changes. The last thing you want to do is kill your visibility via a massive overhaul unless you have an SEO guy working for you. Of course you'd have to weigh that against any perception that you're costing yourself with the current name.

I doubt keeping the name is that much of a determent.

Thank you for the feedback, That is exactly the reason why I am hesitant to change the name.

I've read your announcement several times over the past months and marveled over many aspects of it and your involvement. My impression then was that you must be one of the braver or more foolish persons to ever grace these pages, but that time would tell the tale.

I am writing now because I see you have not continued to correspond with AZB. This amazes me because of the unique position AZB occupies in the world of pool and its relationship with all of its various contingents across the entire billiards spectrum. In my mind, AZB should have played a critical role in your rehabilitation of a most challenged entity.

And still I wonder what are the answers, because the story seems to have not developed, at least not on the pages here. So, how about an update -- how is your business doing now?

In the interest of having a more complete picture, have any AZ members had the occasion to do new business with CC, and if so, what was the experience like from your perspective? I must confess I have not been so brave, but were I to be so persuaded, it would have to begin from here.

I've done business twice with them. Everything was all good both times. I would have no problems ordering from them in the future when more supplies are needed.
